Coaching through Change

This report for Sheridan Resolutions showed that in a world full of change, we are not always able to make time to stand back, reflect and see the bigger picture. Coaching through change gives an organisation the space to do this and ensures that important decisions and actions are considered and in this paper I developed “8 Cs” for businesses to consider when coaching through change.
