The Day after Brexit

The aim of this paper, for NGA Human Resources, is to lay out as clearly as possible what would be in the in-tray for HR and payroll professionals in the event of a majority vote in favour of “Brexit” – a decision for UK to leave the EU. This is important, because business leaders everywhere are asking HR what “Brexit” means in terms of outcomes and timescales. This paper seeks to give a general outline of what to expect – and guidance on how to prepare.
